Transform
 YTT FALL 2018
 Please join me for a transformational Yoga Teacher Training! We will gather in Costa Da Caparica, Portugal for an intensive retreat. You will explore our yoga practise, learn about the history of yoga and get the practical tools to become a teacher.
I have put together an intense programme, which will allow us to cover all aspects of the practice and training. You will come out of the training confident and ready to teach.
Daily practise
Your practise is your home, the foundation of who you are and of your teaching. We will practise twice daily, in front of the ocean.Â
Methodology
Sequencing, assisting, psychology of teaching, pedagogy, teaching with props, safely teaching inversions, effective vocabulary, business of yoga, as well as teaching practise.
Evenings
We will explore different types of meditation, yoga nidra, kirtaan, sound meditation, transformational breathing, have fun creating  yoga playlists, and will enjoy movie nights together!
Workshops
Workshops will cover the history of yoga, introduction to The Gita, anatomy, yin, personal discovery, Sutra study and discussion, Sanskrit, chanting, and more.
